1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website, selecting “Get this eBook”, or purchasing the ebook, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Digital Delivery and Licence Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
These terms form an electronic agreement. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Seller and product
The seller offers The AI Agent Playbook, 2026-2027 Edition, as a downloadable PDF ebook. The product description, format, page count, included materials, displayed price, and edition shown on the sales page form part of the purchase information.
This is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped.
3. Price, taxes, and payment
The price displayed before purchase is the price for the ebook unless a clear correction is shown before payment. Any applicable taxes or payment charges will be disclosed where required.
Payment is processed on a Razorpay-hosted Payment Page. Razorpay and participating banks or payment providers handle payment credentials and transaction processing under their own terms and privacy notices. This website does not collect or store complete card, UPI PIN, CVV, or online-banking credentials.
4. Order acceptance
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully recorded and access to the ebook is made available. A pending, failed, reversed, or declined transaction does not create a completed order.
The seller may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, duplicate transactions, pricing errors, unlawful activity, or technical mistakes. Any amount actually received for an order cancelled by the seller will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, Razorpay is configured to redirect the purchaser to a thank-you page containing the download link. The purchaser should save a personal copy promptly.
Delivery may be delayed by payment confirmation, browser settings, network problems, or third-party service availability. If payment succeeds but access is unavailable, contact support with the payment reference and purchasing email address.
6. Personal-use licence
A completed purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, store, and use one personal copy of the ebook for individual or internal business learning.
Ownership of the ebook and its intellectual property is not transferred. Prompts and worksheets may be adapted for the purchaser’s own business operations, but the ebook itself may not be redistributed.
7. Prohibited uses
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, uploading, or distributing the PDF or substantial portions of it.
- Publishing the ebook on file-sharing, membership, training, marketplace, or public-access platforms.
- Removing ownership, copyright, attribution, or rights-management notices.
- Using the ebook to create a substantially competing publication or commercial template library.
- Using the website, download, or payment process for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-disrupting activity.
8. Purchaser responsibilities
- Provide accurate payment and contact information.
- Use a compatible PDF reader and maintain a secure copy of the file.
- Review AI-generated outputs before relying on or sending them.
- Obtain appropriate legal, financial, privacy, employment, or security advice for high-risk implementations.
- Comply with applicable laws, contracts, platform rules, consent requirements, and third-party rights.
9. Final sale; no refunds
Once payment succeeds and access to the ebook is provided, the purchase is final and non-refundable. The seller does not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, lack of time, or expected results.
Duplicate charges and failed, pending, or reversed transactions are handled as payment corrections rather than refunds for a successfully completed purchase. If an access link or file does not work, the seller will first provide reasonable technical assistance, restore access, or supply a working replacement. Nothing in this policy excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The ebook, website copy, layout, graphics, workflow descriptions, prompt structures, checklists, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. No promised results
The ebook is educational. It does not promise income, revenue, cost reduction, time savings, business growth, legal compliance, error-free automation, or any other particular result. Outcomes depend on the purchaser’s processes, tools, data, testing, oversight, and implementation.
12. Third-party services
The website and ebook may mention or link to services operated by third parties, including Razorpay and software vendors. The seller does not control their availability, pricing, terms, security, data handling, or continued suitability. References do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
13. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and download available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. The seller may correct errors, update content, replace links, or discontinue future sales. A purchaser’s licence to a lawfully downloaded copy remains subject to the terms accepted at purchase.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, ebook, prompts, third-party tools, or AI outputs. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through the published grievance process. Any court or consumer forum with mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law remains available to the purchaser.
16. Changes, severability, and contact
Policies may be updated to reflect changes in the product, services, or law. The effective date identifies the current version. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
