1. All successful purchases are final
The AI Agent Playbook is a downloadable digital product supplied after successful payment. Once payment succeeds and ebook access is provided, the purchase is final and non-refundable. No cancellation, return, exchange, credit, or refund is offered after successful purchase and digital delivery.
2. No-refund situations
- Change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Failure to read the product description, format, edition, compatibility information, licence terms, or sample pages before purchase.
- Not downloading, opening, reading, or implementing the ebook after access is provided.
- Lack of time, change in personal circumstances, or no longer needing the ebook.
- Dissatisfaction with the content, style, level of detail, or expected business, income, productivity, or automation results.
- Device, software, browser, storage, internet, or PDF-reader compatibility issues within the purchaser’s control.
- Inability or unwillingness to use third-party tools mentioned in the ebook.
- Unauthorised sharing, misuse, or any breach of the purchase or licence terms.
3. Delivery or file problems
A missing redirect, expired link, inaccessible download, corrupted file, or similar technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact support with the purchaser’s name, purchasing email, payment reference, payment date, and a concise description of the problem.
After the transaction is verified, the seller will first use reasonable efforts to restore access, provide a replacement link, replace the file, or offer practical troubleshooting. Do not send complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.
4. Failed, pending, reversed, or duplicate payments
A failed, pending, or reversed transaction is not a successfully completed purchase. Banks and payment providers may automatically release or reverse those amounts; timing depends on Razorpay, the bank, card network, UPI provider, and applicable payment rules.
If the same order was successfully charged more than once, provide both transaction references for review. Correcting a verified duplicate charge or an incorrectly captured failed transaction is a payment correction, not a refund of a valid, successfully completed purchase.
5. Cancellation
You may abandon checkout before payment is completed. Once payment succeeds and ebook access is provided, the order cannot be cancelled and no cancellation refund will be issued.
Charges, temporary holds, exchange costs, or other fees imposed independently by a bank or payment provider are governed by that provider’s terms.
6. Rights that cannot be excluded
This Refund Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. It does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude. Where a refund is legally required, it will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider timelines.
